www.thenextlevelwithin.com and your purchase of any program offered by The Next Level Within™, operated by Rozina ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a program or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Programs
We currently offer three ways to work with us:
Explore — 30-Day Starter Journey — digital download, $14.99
Heal — 7-Day Live Reset — 7 live online sessions, $49.99
Transform — Transformation Journey — custom scope, priced after a Discovery Call
Program details, session counts, and pricing are as described on the relevant program page at the time of purchase.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Refund Policy
Explore (digital download)— Due to the instant, digital nature of this product, all sales are final once the download is delivered
Heal (7-Day Live Reset) — Full refund available if requested before the first live session. No refunds once the program has started, except where required by law.
Transform (Transformation Journey) — Refund terms are agreed individually and outlined in writing before your journey begins.
To request a refund where eligible, email info@thenextlevelwithin.com with your order details.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Live sessions and Discovery Calls booked through our scheduling tool can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for a makeup session.
5. Nature of Our Services
The Next Level Within™ offers personal development and wellness coaching. Our programs are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, or licensed therapy. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.
Results from coaching vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our programs — including workbooks, session recordings, guides, and website content — is the intellectual property of The Next Level Within™ and is licensed to you for personal use only. It may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission
7. Confidentiality
We treat what you share during sessions as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. In turn, we ask that you keep any proprietary program materials confidential and not share them outside your personal use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Next Level Within™ and Rozina are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of US, without regard to conflict of law principles.
